Prickly Pear Package:

You have most of the details ironed out but you’re looking for someone to make your dreams go off without a hitch? This is the package for you! In the 5 weeks leading up to your wedding, we’ll have weekly check in meetings where we’ll create your day of timeline, confirm details with all of your vendors and join you for a final meeting with your venue (if applicable). If requested, we’re happy to run your rehearsal to make sure your friends and family are prepared for the big day!
 
On your wedding day, we’ll manage your timeline, decor set up and tear down, keep your gifts and cards in a safe place, and distribute vendor tips (because not all wedding dresses have pockets!). We’re on site until your guests have left to ensure everything goes smoothly the whole day and you can sit back, relax, and soak in all the love and joy of your wedding day!

 

Cholla Package:

(Partial Planning)
Starting at $3500 

Do you have most of your vendors booked but looking for more support leading up to your day? With Partial Planning, we’ll have monthly planning meetings to go over progress, to do items for the next month, busting through roadblocks and addressing any questions you may have. Additional support includes (but not limited to) event design, layouts, and vendor recommendations. This package also includes everything in the Prickly Pear Package for Month of Coordination.

Saguaro Package:

(Full Planning)
Starting at $5000

Some couples know they want a wedding but aren’t sure where to start. Wedding planning can be stressful but having a planner advocating for you makes it much easier! The Saguaro package includes vendor sourcing to provide you custom options based on your vision and budget. We’ll prioritize your budget based on the vendors most important to you and work together to make the most bang for your buck!

Bringing your dream designs to life can be challenging but we’ll work together to make your dreams a reality with event design, layouts and mood boards. This package also includes everything in the Prickly Pear Package and Cholla Package
